This 5 year old grade mare has done a little bit of everything. She’s covered plenty of country, crosses water without hesitation, and has been used to lead strings of pack horses. In the feedlot, she’s showing her grit – doctoring calves with ease. Handles gates well and has no issue flagging pens of cattle. This mare is proving to have the kind of feel that makes a solid using horse. She tracks the roping dummy well and is soft and willing.
Gentle and good minded, she’s the kind you can pull out and go to work. She stands around 15 hands and has a grey-black color that catches the eye. Catches, ties, hobbles, and loads with ease. She gets along great in the herd and is respectful on the ground. UTD on shots, wormer, and had her teeth floated this year. She’s ready to go to work for you and your family, we hope that you enjoy her as much as we have!
Located south of Dillon, MT. Please come try her out before the sale!
Disclaimer: She has a small scar on her right front foot that has never affected her soundness. She can be slightly touchy about her ears but does just fine for us when we take our time.
